My first ever DnD character, Valyur Leffery! I did not choose her components; she was auto created originally as a one off NPC I could play...But then the group liked me so much as her I just fleshed her out--Which was an effort cuz who tf chooses a Rock Gnome Way of the Four Elements Monk with a Sailor background LOL
So I designed her as a sailor who found religion on the waves. That her worship is to a storm god who's temples are all around the coastal region. Her lineage came from the lost island nation of Lantan and her locket has an engraving of a religious iconography mix of the two gods worshiped there [Azuth (magic) / Gond (forging)]. All her colour scheme is based off of various sea glass.
I haven't gotten to play her in a while but she'll always hold a near and dear spot in my heart for bein my first proper D&D character 💜
