One of the biggest things I've learn from being a coach and personal trainer is how damaging negative self talk is. If right before trying something you tell your self that you won't make it or that something is too hard to do or you won't do good at it you automatically cut your chances of completing your objectives in half. Be realistic but don't put your self down. #Foodforthought.
