so tired!! Goodnight, friends.
Random things i do during the day 🎀
I put on some under eye masks and listen to subliminals or music for 1 hour
I like to journal about things that i have done or about upcoming things that i'm looking forward too
I like to do a daily stretch i do this when i wake up and before i go to bed (My night routine)
I clean my space! I sort through things don’t use and give them away and I declutter. I believe that having a clean room is having a clear mind
And i take a 2 hour break off all of my devices

Hey friends. Let’s take a collective, deep breath in... and let it out. 💨
Yesterday we stepped back to look at the entire landscape of medical sleep aids, but today I want to focus on the immediate, frustrating present. It is 1:30 AM. You have been staring at the corner of your ceiling for what feels like hours. You keep doing that desperate, anxious math—“If I fall asleep right this second, I get exactly five hours of rest”—which, ironically, just wakes your brain up even more.
When you are trapped in that cycle, the only question in your mind is: How Can I Sleep Quickly?
Before you get frustrated and reach for your phone to endlessly scroll your dash, try these gentle, evidence-based physiological tricks to hack your body's nervous system into turning down the volume:
The 4-7-8 Breathing Trick: This is a classic for a reason. Inhale through your nose for 4 seconds, hold that breath for 7 seconds, and exhale completely through your mouth making a "whoosh" sound for 8 seconds. Repeating this four times acts like a manual brake pedal for a racing heart, forcing your nervous system out of "fight or flight" mode.
The Cognitive Shuffle: If your brain refuses to stop thinking about your to-do list, give it a completely meaningless task. Pick a word, like "CALM." Think of as many words as you can that start with 'C' (cat, coffee, cloud), then move to 'A' (apple, anchor, apron). By forcing your brain to process random, non-threatening words, you mimic the exact mental state that happens right before you drift off, tricking your mind into sleeping.
The 20-Minute Reset Rule: If you’ve been tossing and turning for more than 20 minutes, get out of bed. Keeping your body in bed while you feel frustrated trains your brain to associate your mattress with anxiety. Get up, sit in a dimly lit corner, grab a sleep journal or a notebook like the one in today’s picture, and do a quick "brain dump" of everything stressing you out. Only climb back into bed when your eyelids genuinely feel heavy.for any help visit Easy Tech Pharmacy.

Hey everyone, just a gentle thought for your dash today. 🍵
We’ve all been there—that frustrating situation when it's late, you are exhausted but your brain won't shut off, and to make it worse, you’ve got a tension headache or some body aches. You reach for your Tylenol, and then you remember you were also planning to take your prescribed sleep aid, like Ambien.
Then comes the frantic midnight search: Can You Take Tylenol With Ambien?
It's a really important question, and the answer, luckily, is straightforward. Yes, you generally can take standard doses of Tylenol (acetaminophen) at the same time as Ambien (zolpidem).
They are metabolized by the body differently and work on completely separate systems—one is a common pain reliever, the other focuses solely on sedation. There is no known direct interaction between the two medications themselves.for more information visit EasyTechPharmacy.
I’m someone who for some reason gets really dry mis-cheeks (but between sides of nose and actual ‘apples’)
I cannot stress this enough.
Use an exfoliating brush and do your face wash! (Tonight was smoothing cleanser)
Never felt so smooth!
Putting on moisturiser (bulldog sensitive) stung a bit but that’s because there was newer skin that had been exposed due to the old stuff being rubbed off!
Makes all the difference ❤️
