Contestshipping ORAS Team Magma/Aqua AU?!

Here’s my submission for the CS Week Contest 2015. The theme was “ORAS” and I was inspired by the (Minor end game spoiler) Magma and Aqua grunt who fell in love and disbanded from their respective teams. Very Romeo/Juliet just without the dying part.

I actually had a much simpler concept but this idea would not go away, so I slaved over my tablet for a couple days to get this bad boy done. First time doing a comic, but it was fun :)

Anyway, enjoy Magma grunt Drew and Aqua grunt May being mushy and cute!

The single most important part of May and Drew’s relationship: Their rivalry! Their relationship wouldn’t mean nearly as much as it does without it. Heck, they wouldn’t even have a relationship if it wasn’t for their rivalry. May and Drew have many heated battles and moments that show off the both of their skills and talents as they race to the Ribbon Cup.

How are you going to show us their rivalry? Will you GIF intense moments they’ve had during battles? Write fanfiction or draw fan art focusing around future moments in their rivalry? Maybe something that involves them being rivals in another way? Or perhaps something totally different? We’re looking forward to seeing it!

Today marks the start of Contestshipping Week! If you didn’t know already, the theme for today is “Roses”! We all know that roses are a big, reoccurring theme in May and Drew’s relationship. So, what’s a better way to kick off the week than with that as a theme?
