These customers sell retro video game merch. They recently moved into their new building in Los Angeles near the LA river. The building is old but has great “bones” as they say. Happy with the results, notice the clearance on the windows to let in natural light.

Dock Area Catwalk. Built on an angular slope. This customer is a Defense Company specializing in high-end electronics and communications systems that go in Military Planes, Tanks, and Ships. They do a lot of work for the pentagon and had struggled to utilize space efficiently - despite expanding the warehouse and sub-leasing multiple neighboring buildings. Ultimately, we zeroed in on the main building where the dock area occupies pretty premium real estate, it  wasn’t being used for receiving. The idea to install high-density shelving in the space was very appealing, when you consider that assembly was literally a few yards away the idea became a reality and the decision to build made complete sense. Total cost ~$18k, but it paid for itself in 2-3 months!! The Pictures shown are: Before, During, and After. P.S. They ended up adding many more levels after the initial build :-)
