This Aerospace company is a customer in Huntington Beach. The outside yard, is used storage -  scrap metal that is leftover from their production process. Materials are placed outside prior it leaving the facility. The pallets are reinforced cardboard which is weakened if wet. The pallets can weigh a max 5,000. The rating is achieved by individual pallet slots design, thick reinforced concrete base flooring matched by reinforced racking made by Nucor Steel at their Los Angeles factory. 💯

We had the wonderful opportunity to install storage lockers in a mid-century building a few miles North East of Downtown Los Angeles. The product was 2″ square welded wire, this one supplied by our WireCrafters partners. The ceiling was excluded both as a cost saving reason and to allow utility access to the pipework above. The finish is excellent, ideal to and works with natural light from outside with little-to-no dimming within the room.

Project Overview: The wirecrafters made wire partitions were used to subdivide a warehouse in of half a building area for an incoming sublease tenant. Subleasing is common in many countries in Asia and growing trend for many small and medium size business in the USA.

Project Scope of Work:

Build and design for a secure fence separating warehouse in half for 2 tenant occupancy. The fence is a 10.5ft tall heavy duty wire design that serves to keep people out and inventory secured within designated areas. This particular wire partition was made by Wirecrafters and features a 2” x 1” grid patten design with heavy duty woven wire pattern. The wire is 12 gauge designed and optimal for security, separation, and safety.

Outcomes & Deliverables:

·        Clear visibility 10.5ft high fence wire partition.

·        2” x 1” woven 10 gauge wire design panels.

·        Clean and efficient design for warehouse subdivision.

Project Title: Enclosed One-Way Entry Secure Area for High Value Inventory.

Project Overview: The wirecrafters made wire partitions were used by C&SS - Jarrod and Jeremy - to create a secure area for high value inventory. It features a central door with secure lock and heavy-duty bolt anchors.

Project Scope of Work:

Secure cages for high value inventory typically have the fastest ROI or return on investment. Sometimes a single loss – or loss prevention depending on your case - would pay for the cage. In addition to high value, customers prize them for securing rare and difficult to get items and materials that might come with long lead times. C&SS smartly designed and built this area to take advantage of an already existing 3-sided enclosed room that saved money and compounded cost savings.
