Crystal Cruises is Back in Business!
Crystal Cruises was a victim of the Covid cruise shutdown. But for once, there’s a happy ending to a failed cruise line story!
Originally establishing operations in 1988 the brand was owned by NYK, until 2015 when it was acquired by Genting HK.
Crystal was known for its refined luxury and over the decades it developed a loyal following. When Genting HK collapsed in early 2022 it took Crystal Cruises with it. But the love passengers had for Crystal’s luxury offering meant that this brand stood out among the other Genting cruise brands (Dream Cruises & Star Cruises). Luckily the Crystal brand was saved by A&K Travel Group, with both Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony setting sail in 2023 once again!

I drew this as a present for my cousins' birthday party tomorrow. My aunt said that they'd really like it if I drew them their own ponies, so I did.
