I was just watching torchwood right, as you do, and I was watching the episode where jack and tosh go back in time and meet the og capt jack... You know the scene where they are dancing in the middle of the room and then the rift opens and they have to say goodbye to each other and then they kiss and it's all heartbreaking and stuff. A nightingale sang is playing in the background. Tell me how I am supposed to listen to that song now without just dissolving in my own tears! what with the whole ineffable husbands divorce thing as well! Oml 😭

Yesterday, I found context for a pivotal vision that happened over twenty years ago. Information that my Protestant upbringing and "training" would never have provided because it would never have been accepted. Information that in hindsight explains so damn much about what happened in that vision and immediately after.
