okay so. book glinda claims she used to be good at makeovers. and she doesn't really have many friends in bookverse so i don't imagine she would've had many opportunities to give other girls makeovers. i also don't think book elphaba would have let glinda get within ten feet of her with a blush brush as down bad as she is there is a line probably maybe hopefully. but then again she put that hat on for glinda so maybe not. the other option is that she tried to put make up on crope once and frankly i hope he just got up and evacuated the premises and never spoke to her again after that. the final option is nessa and this one is actually kind of sweet cuz i think they'd do it as like a bonding activity after elphaba ran off and nessa would actually be into it
