Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup cocoa powder. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. 4 waffle cones. 4 scoops of your favorite ice cream. Whipped cream, for topping. Maraschino cherries, for garnish.
Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 175C 350F. Combine the flour, baking powder, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. To the dry ingredients, add the eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter. Blend until thoroughly blended. Add the semi-sweet chocolate chips and mix well. In a baking dish, place the waffle cones upright. Make sure to leave a small space at the top of each cone after adding the brownie batter. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownie comes out with a few moist crumbs, in a preheated oven. Take them out of the oven and allow them to cool a little. After the brownies have cooled, top each waffle cone brownie with a scoop of your preferred ice cream. Add whipped cream on top and decorate with maraschino cherries. Enjoy your delectable waffle cone brownie ice cream sundaes right away after serving!
