Ingredients: 4 large russet potatoes. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt, to taste. Black pepper, to taste.
Instructions: Set the oven to 425F 220C and heat it up. Clean the potatoes with a brush and dry them with paper towels. Use a fork to make several holes in each potato. Add salt and pepper to the potatoes after rubbing them all over with olive oil. Right on the oven rack, put the potatoes. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes, or until a fork can go through them easily. Take the potatoes out of the oven and let them cool down a bit before you serve them.
