Relevant retcons:

Featherkit and Cricketkit are no longer Runningwind’s kits; instead, they are now fathered by Stormtail and are the half siblings to Bluestar and Snowfur.

Despite my best efforts, I grew very attached to these two “Missing Kits” retcons! If anyone wants to hear me yap about my headcanons for these two, feel free to reply in the comments with any questions!

Darkstripe and Graystripe are now Dappletail's kits, rather than Willowpelt's. This is mainly due to a continuity error, as it's stated Willowpelt's litter in TPB are her first, but the genetic diversity is also a plus.

Tawnyspots is now Rainfur's mate rather than son, to fix a timeline error where Tawnyspots is the elderly deputy while also being littermate of Bluestar's not-lover.

Stormtail and Dappletail were mates, and Stormtail fathered her first litter, Cricketclaw and Darkstripe. He was. not very involved.

Graystripe and his littermate, Featherkit, were not sired by Stormtail.

Cricketkit gets to live! she's Darkstripe's littermate, and essentially his opposite. he resents her for the way she's so charismatic and so well-loved. she dies during Brokenstar's raid on Thunderclan in Into The Wild.

Mistlekit also gets to live! she's now Mistlesong, Goldenflower's littermate rather than Snowkit (who no longer exists), Cricketclaw's mate, Brightheart's mom, and the 'distinctive tabby queen' in Into The Wild. She also dies during Brokenstar's raid.

After their parents deaths, Brightheart and Thornclaw were raised by grandma Speckletail, with help from great-aunt Frostfur.

Feathertail was named after Featherkit.

Blossomfall's mate is Lilyheart instead of Thornclaw, to both reduce the age gap and as part of fighting against Frostfur's nuke on the genetic diversity. Lilyheart's canon kits are now Whitewing and Birchfall's.

Bumblestripe is now the sire of Dovewing's first litter, although they were raised by Heartstar (Tigerstar).
