Good Brand New Day at Lake Cyan. My first #watercolour #painting in 2018, it combined several elements from several previous paintings. This painting is telling a story of captain @bellawoolala POV from the #bridge (aka cockpit) who is coming back to dock her #boat into its #privatedock at the #coast of #Lake #Cyan (because I can't decide whether it's #LakeComo or #QinghaiLake). The beautiful #scenery is accentuated by the contrast orange and #skyblue #sunrise #skyline, green and #mountainous #mainland and calming blueish surface water, the area itself is fully self sustained with #windmill #turbine to provide energy. Look closer and the direction to the dock itself is decorated by a #chord of her current fav song which inspired me to use it as the title.
