We should start calling anxciet “emo and bitch”
Rewatching SaSi and got to Why Do We Get Out of Bed in the Morning. I have always kind of forgotten this one on previous watches but I’m now convinced it’s the most insane pre Remus reveal sanders sides episode
Contains the most Remus foreshadowing of any episode. Contains possibly the only actual concrete evidence of the theory that Patton and the Orange Side are siblings being true. All the sides (who had been revealed at the time) appear but only Logan and Roman are actually relevant to the episode. Logan and Roman then continue arguing after Thomas has already figured out the lesson and sat down on his couch with his iPhone. The episode starts with Thomas inventing a game where the loser has to smell people’s shoes.
Uhhhhh something something Virgil in a “Logan becomes a dark side” scenario
Because Virgil is the former dark side, I don’t think he’d take any of his new friends switching teams particularly well, but I think Logan would be the worst because there’s no way he wouldn’t blame himself.
Virgil watching Logan become cold and lash out all in the means of making sure Thomas listens to him. Watching Logan go down the path of unhealthy, destructive, and hurtful methods of making sure you have a stake in how things ends up, watching him go down the path Virgil used to walk.
Virgil wanting so badly to pull him from that mindset the way Logan and the others pulled Virgil from it. Virgil both struggling to see why Logan would ever want to be a part of the dark sides (because he’s see them at their worst) and being the only one who truly understands why he’d feel like he needed to do this (because he felt like that once too). And then he feels so guilty because Virgil was part of why Logan left. He didn’t pay enough attention, he didn’t realize what was going on until it was too late, and now he can barely look at Logan in the eyes without fearing something unfamiliarly cold will stare back- or worse- that it’ll be something bitterly hot.
Virgil wondering, as his friends panic at this new, forceful logical side, if they’ve traded places now. If stepping into the light meant pushing someone else into the dark. Virgil wondering if he can do what Logan did before and help fix everything. If there’s any way he can help bring Logan back when the question is no longer of acceptance, but reacceptance, when the question is if this person even wants that anymore or if he’s content to isolate himself and play into how everyone sees him if it means he Gets What He Wants. Which is being listened to, right? Or does Logan miss Virgil and the others the same way Virgil sometimes misses the dark sides? But of course if it is in that same way, he’d never admit it.
Hyperfixation got so bad im fantasizing about the orange side getting revealed in ways I haven’t since i was in MIDDLE SCHOOL so I let the brainworms win and drew my idea for him
Some info about my theories and captions for the comics since the writing is a little faint under the cut:

Janus being on season one Virgil levels of in with the group is my Roman (heh) Empire
Theory about the finale, I feel like Logan’s whole thing in the new episode about romance being pointless because its always ended for Thomas and that they shouldn’t date because of that, will actually be reaffirmed somehow
Nico does something bad or Thomas fucks something up or something out of eithers control pulls them apart (whatever would cause Thomas to have feelings or thoughts that would come from his orange side, my bets are still on him being anger but who knows). Nico and Thomas either break up or have a bad conflict that leaves their relationship of questionable status and in a moment of high negative emotions it would be easy for the group to feel like Logan has been proven right. And if Logan feels like he was actually right this can easily be twisted into another moment where they didn’t listen to him, causing something (or at least being a heavy factor in something) orange related happening.
I’ve had this SaSi episode concept in my head for I guess season three (this is post orange side reveal which we can only assume means post season 2 finale) and basically Nico and Thomas have gotten to a more serious place in their relationship where they want to start knowing “all” of each other or something like that idk how dating works- so the natural next step is that Thomas introduces Nico to the sides and we possibly get to see sides of Nico aswell
Anyways this gives us a good look into how different people see themselves differently and no one’s mind is the same, Nico’s personality traits are divided differently (traits that weren’t personified for Thomas are for him or traits that were embodied by one side become two for Nico and vice versa) and he doesn’t necessarily consider the same ones negative or problematic as Thomas does. (That’s not to say Nico doesn’t have anything comparable to dark sides, he’s not 100% at peace with himself he just has different issues)
Theres a point to this and the point is that basically both of them are being very understanding of each other’s personal struggles to deal with and accept the worst parts of themselves and thus trying to extend acceptance to eachother’s dark sides and find the good in them, but internally both of them are just thinking “WOULD WOULD WOULD WOULD WOULD WOULD WOULD WOULD WOULD” to all of eachother’s sides and are desperately hoping no one makes the other find this out
