Creating new habits, or restarting them is interesting. Writing things in my Bullet Journal means I can process them when I have time, but I won't lose the thoughts in the meantime. The thing most likely to help me use my BJ is if I take it with me when I leave my desk. I make notes to myself so if the Journal is nearby I use that, otherwise it is scratch paper strategically stashed.
