With more and more developments popping up around the place. There is always one question on each developers mind.... 

How can my development stand out from the rest?

Design! Design is a common factor in making a development one to walk past or one to be noticed. Would you rather a potential purchaser saw your development and potentially paid extra seeing as your development wasn’t “the same as the 3 others on the street”?  YES!! And wouldn’t all us purchasers out there like to know we have something unique that sets us apart?  YES!!

As shown above this client together with his draftee Mario Leone from Contract-Cad Design and Drafting have decided on some awesome lines for the balconies. Not your typical square overlooking balconies, but boy once these are completed I can guarantee people will be stopping to have a look. Now if I was the owner selling wouldn’t that be a great feeling.. YES!! 

Little features such as these are really important when designing your overall development as they very well may end up being the “wow” that sells your house/unit. Working together with both your Draftee, Builder and Real Estate Agent to ensure your “wow” is cost effective, appealing and salable will ensure a great result all round. 

Many would-be developers think that because other developments have been built in the street it sets some type of precedent to build similar projects. This is not necessarily so, as planning rules change over time and it is possible that today you would not be allowed to build a two-unit development right next door to a two-unit development that was approved by the council only a few years ago. So keeping in touch with the councils regulations and Town Planners will help achieve your stand out development.
