I've heard waaaay too many stories from customers who have called a pdr tech, left a voicemail and didn't get a return call or managed to book an appointment and the tech didn't show. They (the tech) excuse this nonsense behaviour by saying that they're very busy and earning money through their regular customers and aren't prioritising retail enquiries. It's not that they're not prioritising, truth is they're just not organised. If from first enquiry through to invoice you can double tick all the boxes you can still get the job at more money than the cheapest quote.
