I'm so happy they did the thing about taking meds!!! I can't begi. Ti explain how important it is to me! when I started my therapy I felt terrible, I felt like I was cheating to be ealthy, I felt like I was weak for not making it alone. It took me so much time to understand that I was wrong, that I need help and that I shouldn't be ashamed to get it. When I was depressed my body stopped working, my metabolism and biological rithm was completely off. I thought that was going to be life forever, that I would have to endure the pain and the fear. And there is nothing like seeing my body working now as it used to! Understanding that I was broken but not forever! And that you need tools to fix things, and now I have the right tools! And I'm still coping with that, I still tell my self that it's fine, even if I have to take those pills forever. And honestly I never dreamed I would see a musical number about the fact that it's OK to take medication, but I needed it so bad and I'm so happy it exists!!!

He thing that doesn't make sense to me is that Greg was the one suggesting that Rebecca's behavior was caused by her not taking care of her mental health, so why was he so disappointed about her running to the other guys? He should have known that was an episode, that he caused by just leaving her completely alone. I I'm all for the "I can't really help you if you don't help your self first" thing with mental health. But just going away when you know it's someone's trigger... I guess it fits the fact that Greg isn't still super ealthy yet (??)
