I just kinda wanna help people cuz I know a lot of people who go through a lot of stuff and it sucks I know but I just want you to know you’re gonna get through whatever you’re going through I promise,I’ve struggled with depression,anxiety,and ptsd for almost three years I’ve also been extremely insecure,but I’m starting to learn to love myself and I think you should love yourself too,everything about you is perfect guys,you’re all amazing and beautiful and kind and sweet,even if you don’t believe me just please learn to love yourself cuz there is nobody else like you and that’s amazing to think about,out of this whole world,you’re the only you and you need to keep on being you and not try to be someone else,I love you just know that,I may not talk to you or know you but I still love and care about all of you,another thing I wanted to say is stay alive,it’s worth it,I promise
