So tired of crappy people be honest not hard and stop being a menace to society

Omg. Neighbor ! Please shut your dog up! its incessant barking is getting old so quick! I hate the idea of calling the cops out at almost 3 in the morning but seriously, I will if something doesn't change soon. Who am I kidding the police won't do crap! Even with the vandalizing hooligans that have been reported they still won't do nothing. So its me up every 45 minutes checking to make sure nothing is being messed with because cameras don't deter the criminally inclined anymore. Every time a car goes by its automatically assumed said driver is up to no good. Even though they most likely aren't, I still am wary of you. You look guilty as hell because you make 20+ trips in a 4 hour period up and down my subdivision road! Yes I write down your description, the car you drive, and the tag number because I see you every day doing this crap and no its not normal.

This world is just so fickle, so fucked and so sad.
