I do love that we get to see the Schemers doing the "unglamorous" work that is required for a revolution. It can't all be marches and combat and clandestine spy missions. The people involved have day-to-day needs. They need food, shelter, health care, child care. All these things cost money, and the resistance will end up in a much more precarious position if people can't take time off work to participate. This is a big reason resistance movements fade out and die in real life.
It's all well and good to get people to pick up a sword and shield and fight for cause. But at the end of the day, you need people to make dinner and wash the dishes just as much. Community care IS resistance.

I love Thjazi Fang and I have never loved an NPC so much, let alone a dead NPC. I don't care that he lied and kept secrets and gave shady gifts, because he had plans and he knew how to make them happen and did he know the cost? Did he care? How much more was he willing to lose to follow through with these goals? He is messy and he just keeps getting messier and that's exactly how I like my favorite characters.
