April 27, 2025 - Ka Dahlia (also known as Ka Daisy), an NPA guerrilla and trans woman, was martyred after a confrontation with security forces in Barangay Tapi, the Philippines.

She was known for teaching literacy and math to members of her squad who were uneducated and always carrying a make-up kit in her guerilla supplies. May she rest in power. [video]/[video]

Statement of the Central Secretariat of the Communist Party of Pakistan on the escalation of military tension between India and Pakistan:

The Communist Party of Pakistan, grounded in the Marxist-Leninist tradition, firmly condemns the military aggression initiated by the Indian bourgeois state and the counter-aggression launched by the Pakistani ruling class. These are not wars of liberation, nor are they in the interest of the proletariat, they are the wars of rival bourgeois military aggression for regional hegemony at the expense of the working class.

We assert that the working masses of India and Pakistan have no stake in the nationalist sabre-rattling of their respective ruling classes. In a region armed with nuclear weapons, these provocations risk plunging the subcontinent into catastrophic annihilation, an outcome that would spare neither caste, creed, nor class, but would disproportionately destroy the lives and livelihoods of workers, peasants, and the poor. Such military posturing is a diversion, a smokescreen to veil the deepening crisis of capitalist exploitation, inflation, unemployment, and social unrest. It is a tactic long used by bourgeois regimes to stoke reactionary nationalism and crush the rising tide of class consciousness.

The Communist Party of Pakistan calls upon the working class and progressive forces across South Asia to reject this false nationalism and embrace proletarian internationalism. Our struggle is not with the workers across the border, but with the comprador bourgeoisie, feudal remnants, and military-industrial complexes that profit from bloodshed. Let there be no illusion the path to lasting peace lies not in diplomatic band-aids between warring states, but in the revolutionary transformation of society through the overthrow of capitalism, the dismantling of bourgeois militarism, and the unity of the working class beyond borders.

Let the war drums of chauvinism be silenced by the battle cry of international solidarity.

Pride Month may be over, and dark times are upon us, but that's all the more reason to stick together, my fellow proletarians, my fellow workers, my friends, my family, my partner. All queer and beautiful comrades that I trust with my life. Pride is year-round; we just take the month to remember that fact.

Ask yourself however, where in the world is revolution being fought under the banner of Marx and Lenin? Where do compradors and imperialists and landlords suffer sleepless nights in fear of Leninism? Where does the old state give way to the new state lead by the Leninist party, where do the masses march in the millions with the name of Lenin on their lips?

The so-called Marxist-Leninists cannot answer this question, but the Maoists can, we raise the banner of Marx and Lenin high everywhere we go, flying them alongside Mao and all our other great teachers. From the tip of Argentina to the deserts of north Mexico, compradors still tremble in fear at the name Gonzalo and his Marxism-Leninism-Maoism, despite his death. Landlords are taken by the people's courts every day in India, lead by the party of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism. The Chinese and Amerikan imperialists have united to defend their interests in the Philippines, what force has animated this alliance? The CPP, the Filipino party of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism. Every day the masses of Brazil march with the LPP to occupy more plantation land with the CPB (Red Fraction) at their head. The ideology which guides them; Marxism-Leninism-Maoism.

While the dogmatists and revisionists mock the defeat of the heroic comrades in Peru and Nepal, or declare that the Maoists in the Philippines, Turkey and India are taking too long, and thus must be wrong, what have they achieved in these past decades? Have they made states tremble, have they shaken the foundations of this Imperialist world, where oh Hoxhaists and Dengists are your victories? You declare that you are correct, but in what practice do you base this knowledge? Where do the masses embrace your twisted version of Marxism?

Not Peru

Not Turkey

Not the Philippines

Not Brazil

Not anywhere else on earth

Practice is the test of all theory, and Hoxahism and Dengism have been found wanting.

Perhaps, if you are really interested in remaking yourself in the image of the proletariat and giving your life in service of world proletarian revolution, you should stop blindly drinking up the words of Dogmatism and Revisionism and learn Marxism-Leninism-Maoism. Take inspiration from the living practice of Leninism and pick up the red banner and carry it forward, lockstep with the vanguards of the world. There is a new dawn on the horizon, and its banner is Maoism!
