Just received my convertible sofa/bed. I can now host people. If we ever talked and wanna find a place to spend a night or two while in Paris, don't hesitate to ask.

Egyptian museum, Italy’s national treasure (Turin Day 2)

First off, it’s the world’s oldest Egyptian museums in the world and ranks second only after Cairo. Why Turin…

Let the adventures begin
My month-long Europe adventures
I chose Turin as the first leg of my month-long Europe adventure because it seems not so touristy AND close to the French border. Simple as that. But I’m completely sure any city I blindly pick on the European map would have something interesting to offer, whether it’s food, history, culture, lifestyle, landscape, or all of them combined. A homeless young woman’s quest to find others just like her
My couch-surfing list is starting to come together, god bless the beautiful and kind humans in my life offering me such hospitality durning what's gonna be a hectic transition time, but I'm looking forward to it! Now time to get this place a sublet! Hey friends that live in Halifax, if you have a couch or a little nook in the corner of your house you can offer me for a night or two over the months of December and January message me! :)

this reminds me of my Barcelona nightmare in which my host welcomed me last minute only to berate me at like 3 a.m. for 'hitting it off' with another surfer who was staying there, saying that "that's not what couch-surfing is about." Turned out that, according to his roommate, he was just pissed I wasn't interested in him since he usually slept with the girls he hosted. EW EW EW
So here's an update
Yes I made it back to my lovely flagstaff- I’ve been couch surfing with my mate the past three weeks but it looks like weve come to the end of the line. My old friend who I’ve been staying with has a dick roommate who’s kickin my ass out today and now I’m out of places to stay that includes a roof over my head :/ So if anyone in Flag would be down to rent out a spot on their floor till the end of this month for cheap or free trade please let me know… I’ve got ebt and were both very tidy.
This is Malia, or AuParis on Youtube, and she's one of the best travel Youtuber's evah. Her whole channel is full of interesting videos about couch-surfing, traveling for cheap, (see above :)) and being awesome in general. Also, how to wash your hair with baking soda, which is cool.
