Enjoy the cosmic joy of these homemade brownies that are decorated with bright sprinkles. They're rich and fudgy, and they'll make you smile!
Ingredients: 1/2 cup unsalted butter. 1 cup granulated sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 cup chocolate chips. 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles.
Instructions: Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C. Clean and grease an 8x8-inch baking pan. Place parchment paper inside the pan. Melt the butter in a bowl that can go in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time until it's all melted. When the butter melts, add the sugar and mix it in well with a whisk. Add the eggs one at a time and whisk until they are fully mixed in. Add the vanilla extract and mix well. Add the flour, salt, baking powder, and cocoa powder one by one. Don't mix any further than that. The chocolate chips should be carefully mixed in. Spread out the batter in the pan that has been prepared. Put rainbow sprinkles on top of the batter and press them down a little. In a hot oven, bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out with a few moist crumbs on it. Before cutting the brownies into squares, let them cool all the way in the pan on a wire rack.
