Aveces no se toma conciencia que la mente vive en una amenaza constantemente y de vez en cuando te sabotea para tenerte bajo control. Si supiéramos como desconectar la mente te lo aseguro que más de uno no andaríamos con prejuicios ni excusas porqué entenderíamos que la mente se puede usar en forma constructiva y no tanto de forma destructiva.
