I finished one sketch of corruption Michael, I'm going to ink him next probably. I also have a few more upcoming designs. That show off more of him.
(Also this looks really good on its own and I now kinds don't want to.)
So more on corruption Michael sense I've been working on him..
So TW for normal Corruption stuff
In this AU, Michael would start his transformation to become a avatar after going to investigate a old house and orchard from a statement with Emma. Due to being locked out of the house Michael would end up crawling through a hole to get inside, after Emma convinced him to. Though Emma would not follow. Michael would end up being trapped in the house and having a dream like experience with the hive inside of it.
Michael would be found later and would return to work at the archives in the following week. Being unaware of the corruption inside him.
Slowly Michael subcomes to the hive due to his loneliness and Emma betrayal of leaving him behind. Left with no one, Michael turns to the bees and let's himself become their hive.
Michael would end up disappearing, after being off of work sick for a few days. He would return to the old house and orchard, taking it up as his home.
Michael's body slowly starts to have mold and vine growths while the bees eat away and replace the insides of Michael with honeycomb.
Michael would plague 2 victims, one being the owner of the old house who had just gotten it from their mother's will and the other being a bee keeper hired to check out the bee infestation.
Michael inspired by the fear of touching mold or old, dirty items, bees and allergies, bee infestations, plagues or other bugs killing off your own beehives, plant and mold infestation or growth, plants one does no know or is unsure of, eating bad fruit, and corruption due to loneliness.
Oof I finished this finally. This might not be the final design for him though so more drawings are to come.

I just get so happy when people like my stuff, cause it makes me happy when people find it interesting. Especially with everything right now going on. (Also I'm just really happy people like my corruption Michael shelley with bees idea.)
I'll probably post more to him and I plan to make a few other characters with twists to them.
I am working on a page of drawings of him, but I'll have to put that off till I get back home, so I'll have to draw some designs of him with markers for now.
Anyways I just wanted to say thank for all those who like my ideas it really does make me happy and I'm sorry I haven't been posting as much.

I also would love to know how fear factors in. I love the aesthetic of it, but I have seen far more people afraid of wasps than bees, or would it be based on trypophobia alone? Or is it a metaphor about being a drone? Or about work being your only purpose in life?
