Shadowheart can't help but raise an eyebrow. Why would he forget her in someone else ? She has no interest in doing such a thing. Everything could be simpler, but it's like Astarion doesn't want to be with her, no matter how he acts or what he says. Or maybe she's the one who sent him mixed signals ? She doesn't think so, though. After all she's not spending that kind of time with anyone else.

It wasn't an easy thing to do, to sneak up on Wesker. Not when his senses were so much higher than the average man. The water and scented soaps, he assumed, of a shower, had been the thing to cover the senses of Astarion's approach. The BOW--or vampire--was not unknown to him. Though it was a surprise that the other gifted creature had slipped his way into his apartment with such ease.

Security was not an issue, though apparently privacy was. An unexpected meeting, and Albert was hardly frightened by the other.

A soft sigh pressed past his lips, the lights to his room dim so he needn't wear his sunglasses to help shade them from such bright lights. An... unfortunate set back from the virus he carried. He supposed Astarion may not have expected Albert to walk nude from the bathroom to the lounge, where his clothes were sitting.

An amused little huff left Wesker's lips as Astarion hissed at him, revealing those pointy fangs of his. He admired them. He thought that they were interesting, and predatory--and rather attractive in their own right. Naturally, they evolved that way so Astarion could pierce his his prey's flesh.

" Perhaps not for you, " said the drow with a discreet roll of her eyes. Faenethra and Astarion were two very different individuals. His history of murder and sex had no place in Faenethra's world, where she kept herself at a distance from others and rarely took lives. She had lists upon lists of morals, most of which designed simply to separate herself from her kind.

She didn't hate Astarion for being different from her. She couldn't expect him to have the same morals as her, and she didn't judge him when his plans led somewhere vastly different than her own. But Faenethra knew they couldn't expect each other to always be on the same page.

She wasn't going to manipulate. She wasn't going to kill. And she would always try to sway Astarion away from either option.

"What?" Kaitmera frowns at the question, willing herself not to turn that expression into a pout. She feels like that would only make him amused and let him win over... Whatever he was doing right now.

It's not like it would be the first time she heard something similar, though. Fey are a funny bunch, and at times a capricious one too. Anything can be for amusement with them and, if you're lucky, maybe it's good fun. Not always though.

Kaitmera isn't sure Astarion means something fun with this.

"Ah, you shouldn't misunderstand." Mivea sits on the bed right across when Astarion is standing. There is something about him that commands respect, fear even; but Mivea has seen her fair share of powerful men and women crumble under the right words, said at the right time, in the right way.

"I'm not running. I'm establishing something very clear," her finger points to herself then it travels towards Astation, then back and then forth, "This thing. We are partners, but don't misunderstand where my loyalties lie."

Mivea has always attached herself to dangerous people. Not because she is foolish or blind to their interests, but simply because without high risk she wouldn't be where she is now. Alive and thriving despite the mess building itself right outside that safe haven that's the tavern hosting them.
