Now I don’t feel crazy, because I honestly do feel like I am crazy a lot of the time and I have to keep doing self analysis all the time . Being mindful of not falling into a delusion or an illusion , doing an ego check , categorising topics into 100% true, 50/50 chance of being true or just my imagination.
