I didn't check the schedule before we left, so I only brought the Red Band - not the right band for the last 1/4 of the workout. I'm 6'3", and when that Red Band stretches 5+ feet, there's not much play left. What you'll need: - a Heavy dumbbell or KB (20-50lbs) - Bodyweight What to do: Perform 5 rounds For Time or As many Rounds as possible in 10 minutes of: - 5 Push Ups - 10 DB/KB Swing - 15 Leg Lifts - 20 Superman - 25 Sit Ups Aim for quality over quantity (I.e for over reps/time) and rest 30-40 seconds in between rounds if you find yourself too winded.
