My name is Chef Raphael Jean Lambert and I am a private chef based in Austin, TX. Born and raised in the south of France, I decided early on that cooking would be my career and went on to attend the Paul Bocuse Institute in Lyon, where I then graduated from in 2004. With 15 years of experience in the culinary arts, I have worked for various celebrated chefs and in well-known restaurants and now I am committed to providing the residents of Austin with delicious dishes made using the best ingredients.
I proudly offer a variety of services and skills, including meal planning, wine pairing, and catering. I can serve as your personal chef for a night and introduce you to the delights of Mediterranean, Italian, and French cuisine. I also teach hands-on cooking classes so that you can learn to impress your loved ones with the same techniques I use to prepare meals for clients.
