Michael lives in a bus named Navi, that he converted into a handsome home for himself.

Can you believe it? The exterior’s kind of dodgy, so I didn’t expect it to look this nice inside.

This is the largest bed I’ve ever seen in a bus, and it can comfortably sleep 6. 

He’s proud of the dining table he built that fits under the sofa bed, so he can have people over for dinner.

Michael travels all over the country for work, but he’s originally from New Jersey. 

His inspiration comes from the craftsman style. His favorite space is the kitchen and b/c he was able to fit in a full size stove and sink, for entertaining.

The long shape of a bus forces you to design everything galley style.

It was a big challenge to create natural-feeling space dividers and an open concept within a 7.5-foot wide space.

Michael’s advice: Don’t think of it like, “I live in a school bus”…. think, “My apartment can move!”
