When I was 13, I moved from Guayaquil (Ecuador) to Danville (Pennsylvania). It was an age of transition from childhood to young adult. It was like starting my life over again. New place, new school, new friends...And when I would get homesick or didnβt want to deal with my new reality, I would reach back to the things that made me happy as a kid. Growing up, Ghostbusters 1 and 2 were always my favorite movies. So much so that I began building my own props and journals to fill my time and keep out of trouble. This is a time period I will always cherish. Some of my favorite things I built were this #containmentunit, a #SlimeBlower for my sister, and a #ghostrap. All made out of cardboard, plastic, tape, and spare parts from my grandmotherβs basement. I thank my mom for always supporting me with whatever I was doing, especially during this time period. It helped me learn new skills, be more independent, grow a love of making things from scratch, and appreciate the craft and art behind films more. #ghostbusters #cazafantasmas #diyprops #custombuild #ghostbustersprops #comingofage #childhoodmemories #wonderyears #ghost (at Danville, Pennsylvania) https://www.instagram.com/p/CGBhdRdD7nB/?igshid=mimyuczvppsc
