Like some of you have imagined, my painting "Naga" is inspired by Indian mythology. Naga are semi-devine creatures with magical powers that can turn into snakes, humans or in-between forms. Their realm is the underworld where they guard treasures like gold and gemstones but they can also be found guarding temples or palaces. In addition to being shapeshifters they are also venomous and are therfore very powerful! 🐍 (Painting has sold! Thank you so much! 😍) . On this photo I wear my new pink contact lenses with prescription from @pinkyparadisedotcom "princess pinky could pink" ! Surprisingly the pink is very subtle and they compliment the brown of my natural eyes. The diameter of the lenses is way bigger than my actual irises so they enlarge my eyes a lot and give a very dramatic look! 😍 Be aware when wearing contact lenses and particularly large ones that you need to keep your eyes well hydrated! This post is only about contact lenses because I love them so much. Ignore if you are not interested! 😆 So.... I wanted to give a HUUUGE thank you to @wladapoljakova for recommending me @pinkyparadisedotcom! 😭🙏😍 I've only recently tried on regular contact lenses and after getting comfortable with them, I thought, it might be neat to wear blue or other colored eyes, too! (Many of my painting subjects have blue eyes, and I wanted them too! 😆) I waited impatiently for my first package of colorful lenses from @pinkyparadisedotcom and when they finally arrived I had to instantly try them all on! And the moment when I looked into the mirror and when I saw these blue vampire eyes, it was like magic! I was completely stunned because I felt like a different person and that is sometimes the thing that I need when I feel down and ugly. 🙃 The contacts that I wear in this picture are called "Princess Eurasia Crystal Grey" and turn you into a vamp! I usually use the "Princess Pinky Pixie Blue" though for a more casual but still pretty look! 😊 Whenever I have to go shopping and need my glasses but don't feel like putting on a ton of makeup I just pick some of my lenses and put on a bit mascara to feel wonderful hehe! 😊 . I had a bit of trouble with the contacts getting blurry after a while but I found out that it was my cleaning solution. Hygiene is SUPER important when you use contacts. I usually put them into a bacteria killing solution and after a couple of hours I let them soak into a neutral solution so that it is safe to wear them especially when I use yearly contacts! 😊 Oh and I'm so excited because after I purchased my lenses @pinkyparadisedotcom contacted me and offered me lenses to show you on my account!
