Entering the unit.

It's nicely done, b/c the towers aren't as spacious as the other units.

Look at the modern fireplace in the window seat. It doesn't have to be a window seat, though.

Look at the architectural details on the ceiling. I like that they didn't paint it solid white.

The first level is an open concept living room/kitchen.

The kitchen is surprisingly spacious.

Off to the side, there's room for a dining set.

Glass doors open to a private terrace.

Also off the entrance hall, there's this lovely brick room that is currently used as a home gym and office, but I think it's the 2nd bedroom.

There is another private terrace off this room.

Standard 3 pc. bath.

There's a laundry room.

Large bath with a walk-in closet.

Up the stairs, there's the primary bedroom. It's open, but not visible from the floor below.

There's a drop down ladder in the ceilings. That's cute- I wonder if they'll leave the neon bell.

The ladder goes up to the bell tower. Look at the planters- it's nice up here.
