hello internet. if i wanted the least fanciest pc laptop that i can browse tumblr and play sims on and am on an extremely limited budget, which laptop would you recommend?

computer recommendations that allow the sims to run while also being able to do other things? multiple monitor set up is ok or even just recommending certain specs.

Hey so my computer ate shit this morning. I got it back up but it's highly worrisome. Regardless if it's actually in my budget I need a new one, so if any of you know of moderately priced laptops let me know. I haven't been computer shopping in five years.
