#comments are important

My ao3 mutuals I see you, thank you loving on my new fics. I swear I will get to reading yours! I love recognising names on in the kudos/comments it makes me feel special ❤️. Like what I created has value not just to me, if one person likes or finds comfort in my fic then that is enough.

Whenever I feel down I just remember that I once made someone laugh with a stupid fanfic, and that makes me feel better.

OK so I just read through all the replies to my comments on fics on ao3 and I just. It makes me feel so happy that just by screaming about how emotional or amazing something was I probably brightened someone's day.

There is nothing quite like someone telling you that a story you wrote made their day a little brighter. 

There is this one user on AO3, who is reading all my Colepaldi fics these days, and is leaving a comment on each and one of them, and this makes me the happiest person right now.
