The skyhopper in the background of this scene is listed as a T-16 on various pages on Wookieepedia, but it's obvious that it isn't when compared to the T-16 we see in A New Hope. It features a middle window on the cockpit along with a notch at the bottom of the top fin.
Page 251 of Creating the Worlds of Star Wars:365 Days by John Knoll details that the skyhopper was a CG model (which you can see with a blue screen in the behind the scenes photo), and "was designed with more rounded shapes, as if it were an earlier model of the same ship seen in Episode IV".
So maybe in-universe, this model was a T-15 or T-14 or T-13, etc. It doesn't appear that it was ever conclusively identified as anything in any sources that I could find.
In the Art of Attack of the Clones book, there is a full page illustration by Ryan Church of this unidentified skyhopper model.
Robert Rose on Bluesky shared this video from Adam Savage, talking about his skyhopper model concept for Episode II, where Adam refers to the skyhopper as a T-11 several times. Perhaps that was the intended name for this earlier model skyhopper?
I’m also wondering if the “unidentified machinery” I have labeled to the left of Owen in this post and this post is actually an opposite angle view of this unidentified skyhopper.
