-- no one but the person who commissioned the art, and I, may use this art for anything. Including but not limited to icons, character sheets, and tracing/reference.

-- as the commissioner, you are allowed to use the art as you please, with the exception you may not sell it or otherwise profit off of it.

- you cannot claim the art as your own, and must give me credit in any repost of the art. Only the person who commissioned the art may repost it.

-- I am allowed to use the art to promote myself and my work. I will not sell anything with art of your characters or anything I drew for you, but I am allowed to use it as any portfolio peice.

-- I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

-- I take payment up front, through PayPal only at the moment but I will update if that changes.

-- I will send wips, both upon request and without, just to ensure I am doing the art you wanted justice.

-- once complete, you get the digital version of whatever art you bought.

-- I will not draw: NSFW, underage, incest, or other kinds of weird fetish art

Another thing said… I like space when drawing and when given creative liberties, or streaming, I work a lot faster. If you ask me for additional sketches or progress, I may charge extra depending on the workload. Workloads are limited, only a total of four images at a time if you want more than one image.
