Having a very !!! day!!! Spent the night at my mom's last night to hang out with her for a bit. Had PTSD nightmares all night. Really worried because my psych took me off of one pill to adjust and said it could mess with my other meds so keep a watch on it. How can I not watch it!! It's my brain!! I can't live with the PTSD things happening in there! Really grateful I was at my mom's because I needed her to pull me out of that state of fear. Worried now that I'm home how I'll sleep tonight. Came home and started spiraling and the only way I know to "help" in those moments is to bury myself making lists. I've not only made lists but also lists of stuff I want lists for. So somehow I've decided to build a Home Management Binder to keep all of my "helpful" lists in and no I'm not going manic why do you ask 🫣😵💫
