#comic problems

Hang on, we're still trying to get the comic writers to stop putting every hero in New York or a knock-off of New York! I swear, we're trying to get more location variety, too!

Trying to catch up on the stuff that got posted to insta but never posted here and first lets start with the quick reel I made to show off the new hero villain background style, though uh. it did end up changing slightly after this post but you'll see that in a day or two

It makes me second guess my work and characters. This can help me sometimes, but it can also be harder to write for a certain character because I am so focused on them being "in character" that I loose traction on completing the story. Eh... just something to think about I guess.

When I draw out my comics on paper, I have a very clear idea of what I want them to say. At the time I’m drawing it, it’s just so obvious. Often, I write out the dialogue on the back, just in case. But I didn’t start doing this until recently. I’ve randomly found a couple from before I started writing out the dialogue on the back, and now I have absolutely no idea what the punchline was meant to be. I must have drawn them months and months ago. The life got in the way. Somehow, the medical context just makes it harder to guess what the lines should have been. So, I’m going to shade them as per usual... and then try to figure out something interesting and plausible.

There really be folks out there that will go onto disrespectful fucknasty problematic smut comic websites, click on the disrespectful fucknasty problematic smut comics available that are literally tagged “this is disrespectful fucknasty problematic smut”, and then proceed to complain (and not the ironic/joking type but actual whining) that the disrespectful fucknasty problematic smut comic they just read had disrespectful fucknasty problematic smut in it and how DARE this exist for people to read!
