In the Philippines, 94% of people there saying they have always believed in a god. Comparatively, in the Czech Republic, is one of the most atheistic nations in the world, with only about 20% of Czechs believing in a god.
So does more religion mean that the Philippines is safer? Nope, they have TEN TIMES the murder rate of the much more secular Czech republic.
More Religious U.S. states are also more violent then secular states.
