Let's say you know this person A, they're nice and kind. Would that play a part in what colour you see them? (maybe you see them in softer colours or pastel)

And what if one day you came to find out that this person A is actually not nice at all. Turns out they have been trash talking behind your back. Does this change the colours you've seen them as before? Like their colour (assuming the answer to the previous question is yes) changes into something murky or darker colour?

omg this is not intruding at all!!! i love answering all questions about synaesthesia ^^ and hmm honestly this is a really interesting idea that ive never really thought about before!

(so i see colours for many things: words, things, numbers, people, and personalities. so this is gonna affect how i answer this ask!)

btw synaesthesia does not work in sync AT ALL with prejudices/biases about colour, so red does not equal angry, and pale colours does not equal kind. they're just. completely different and idk why! so no, i don't think the like, scale of someone's niceness etc actually plays a part? the whole entirety of their personality forms one colour with "personality" colours for me

honestly, i think there is a big possibility that their "personality" colour can change, but the colour of their face/self probably won't. personality colours are the hardest to see tho bc they kind of.... flicker? theyre kind of wobbly so they're hard for me to see anyway so i think if i found out something different ab someone's personality then it probably would change. not drastically tho!! it'll probably just.... deepen. like, have more depth to them(?) bc ive gotten to know them better
