✨ Bed Time Reading ✨ Sitting here sipping on my 3 cups of Hops tea and pushing through my no-caffeine headache that's been pressing me since noon. It's been 12 hours no relief and I feel like it's going to be a long night. My stress has contributed to sleepless nights for far too long. I will not be a victim any longer. I prayed with a heart of gratitude like @mgck suggests in his book "Angel Prayers" and thanked the Angels for allowing me to sleep peacefully and to wake rested and ready for another day. Then pulled some cards and listened. They told me that my diet is effecting me on many levels. That my spirit is bogged down by my health. They told me that I will not let go of what I have adopted as health habits and that with out change of diet I will see no change of mentality, emotion or spirituality. They tell me to follow the ideas that have been growing and to make then a strict part of my life. This morning I woke up around 2a.m and could not rest. I had a million burning questions on my mind that I couldn't seem to answer. So I stumbled into my office and sat in my meditation corner. I asked for guidance and the answers flowed one by one. The first three answers dead smack in the middle. Again, El Sol, Desert Sand and Yellow sand. Shuffled apart yet pulled together again. I began to tear up and ask more questions and I felt the comfort of light around me. And just as I was finishing and I felt better, I opened my mouth to ask another question. Before I could I heard a familiar and hysterical response. "go back to bed, Liz" in the sound of Julia Roberts voice. Angels often use references we will understand as if to speak in our own language. This time they used the voice of my favorite actress saying a line from one of my favorite movies, "Eat, Pray, Love." They told me to stop being so hysterical and know that I am loved and guided everyday. All I have to do is arrive with a grateful heart and the rest will unfold.
