I just know that once Dean kisses Cas for the first time, he won't be able to stop himself from kissing Cas all the time.
Cas will be just standing at the kitchen sink, washing the dishes from dinner when Dean comes up behind him, snaking his arms around Cas's waist and pressing a kiss to the back of his neck.
Or they'll be cuddled up on the couch watching a movie and Dean will lean over and brush his lips against Cas's cheek. Dean will steal chaste little kisses multiple times throughout the course of the movie because he just can't help himself.
It won't matter where they are, if they are in public, on a hunt, around a large group of people or if Sam sees; Dean will find a way to give Cas chaste little kisses, quick pecks and long lingering, deep kisses as often as possible.
Dean just won't be able to stop kissing Cas.
