Foreign coins in the @harrisfriends donations boxes?
Our #MoneyMatters project has given us a great chance to use the foreign coins which sometimes end up in our donation boxes.
Money Matters is part funded by the Friends of the Harris and is enabling us to better understand, interpret and display the coins in the Harrisโ collection.
Curator Matt Ball has been been lucky enough to have some brilliant volunteers from Lancaster University working with him and one job for them was to help ensure that the most interesting foreign coins we receive can become part of the museum collection. ย
