Tapioca pudding with mango, sitting in my car at the hospital car park after seeing the gastroenterologist. So I have collagenous colitis which is a type of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) finally I have a name for what I’ve been going through. So now to try and keep it at bay and avoid flare ups (not pleasant).
