Possible synopsis for Colin’s upcoming movie

Okay - don’t even ask me how I found these. I was looking for something completely different, but then a headline caught my eye and after clicking through a couple things, I found these old articles from 2011 about the casting of the movie “Fairytale of New York.” It was originally supposed to star Kiefer Sutherland and Kate Bosworth. I’m pretty sure the plot is the same as Jeff Murphy is listed as the screenwriter in these articles and also on the imdb entry for Colin’s movie. Anyway, thought I’d pass it along as we have very little information about his movie!
Oh my goodness, yay for Colin doing some voice work in Trollhunters. Sounds like a fun small gig and hey, Guillermo del Toro is involved, so not too shabby there!!! But why didn't he tell us??? He has to know his fans would be going crazy and promoting him and the show. I'm so confused with him sometimes!! But I am happy for him, can't wait to see what else is coming.
Haha! What a cool thing for him to be involved with, but I actually had this exact same thought. Especially in today’s IG post, in the caption why not mention that he voiced a small role in a few eps? Or when he originally retweeted them, he could have mentioned it and stopped his superstans from stalking and snooping for the info. (I saw tweets where they were bugging other people associated with the show.)
He’s funny that way, and promotion is clearly not his forte, but I’m pleased he did a small, fun project, good for him!
Liza did you noticed that Colin in last few weeks retweets and likes stuff from Trollhunters acount? That's animated movie produced by Guillermo del Toro, is Colin somehow conected with the movie, or maybe he will do something with him in the future. That would be huge and great for Colin
I saw that Colin retweeted one Trollhunters tweet, I’m not in a habit of stalking his likes, I’ll leave that to his super stans.
Maybe his engaging (I’ll take your word that it’s more than one tweet) with Trollhunters is a sign he’s got something to do with it, or perhaps something cooking with the creative team behind it, or maybe it just means he likes to watch it or has a friend working on it and he’s supporting it.
Luckily, the very nature of being an a actor means that we’ll know what his next project is eventually. You’ll just have to sit tight, we’ll know when we know.

In your opinion is it possible Colin might still get announced for a U.S. pilot or would he probably be over here in the U.S. already, if he were seriously being considered for one?
This is just guess work on my part. I would think if he was serious about getting a pilot he would have gone to LA during pilot season, but there are a few weeks left where casting might still take place so it’s not too late.
Who knows?
They already announced the cast of Watchmen. Sadly no Colin.
That was a huge leap and all fan speculation, so it’s not like he lost out on a role, lol.
He just spent a grueling 9 months working on a season that had to be considerably more stressful than most that came before it (based on ratings, cast/crew turnover and viewer reaction alone) and he’s already done one small project in Trollhunters, give the man a chance to breathe.
