yes summer is going great, thanks! i know it's kind of crazy that season 1 is almost done! I started posting this series almost 2 years ago, and there have been stretches of time where I felt so buried with life, but this story has been my little slice of freedom.
and it's even crazier because this story started forming almost- I wanna say- 6(?) years ago, which is absolutely insane. but I started thinking this up after watching the first season and for anyone who was watching when it came out then you know this show's been at risk of being cancelled or left behind several times. I started writing before season 3 even got announced and it was my way to continue a story I wasn't sure i'd get to see go on!
as for the time skip, 5 years is a long time, but the biggest thing we'll see is maturity. ng and dick are about 13/14 is the first season, and then they're gonna be 19 ish in the second. there's a lot of growth there, and the problems they face will have a more serious and mature focus than what we've seen so far.
I love Robin but is it weird I ship NG(myself) with Wally more than him??? I mean, they’re just so compatible and flirty..Also I literally cannot wait for the Failsafe chapter!! It was my favorite episode and I’m so excited for it!!

lol, no, but it's easy to see the connection with wally! but it's important to remember flirty is kind of a part Wallys character. But they are super compatible, that's why they're such good friends.
As for failsafe, let's just say it's a bit of a roller coaster. I've already written it, and it's definitely a wild ride, especially for our main girl NG.

I love the protagonist, but I hope that in the future she will be able to trust them enough to tell her story, and about zatanna, I hope that wings are friends, because I don't want to see a female rivalry because of a man, I hope that both are friends
i totally see your point here about the female rivalry, but i ask that you stick through the first zatanna episode/chapter.
the main reason, is because they are still kids. And emotions do run high. Think about yourself at 13-14 years old, in the past, there's probably a little part of yourself that hated the girl your crush might've had a crush on or a girl that he seem to like.
I'm trying to stay as realistic and close to that age and characters as possible. as they develop and get older their emotions will throw their views will change, and you'll see some real growth from not only the two girls but from Robin as well. I have so much more planned for Zatanna and NG than a petty rivalry
