Wah! Martin Phillipps making the vocabularily challenged reach for the reference books again.  A scarily clever songwriter/lyricist, never destined for the bigtime; people don't like to be taught, generally speaking.  Nevertheless, this is a twisty and masterful ditty with a structure not unlike the most linguistically cunning of Porter or Berlin showtunes.  One really has to know how to breathe to sing this.  Point of fact, here are the lyrics; just see if you can keep up, you cunning linguist...

Effloresce and deliquesce

carefree sparkling effervesce

Sparks ignite the starry-eyed
