Itβs that time of year! Cleanse each quarter. Still eat lots of lean protein, healthy grains like quinoa and oatmeal as well as lots of H2O and fruits and veggies. Reduce or eliminate dairy, wheat and I rarely eat soy anyway! Also no thermogenic. Does a body good to take a break on those! This is first phase of the 24 day challenge.
